About these terms
These terms govern use of Questgoodz and purchases offered through https://questgoodz.shop. The legal business name is questgoodz, at 13 Rue Marx Dormoy, 75018 Paris, France. Contact: support@questgoodz.shop.
Products and suitability
Read the product description, materials, included pieces, dimensions, options, care instructions and fit guidance before purchasing. Mat sets are size-based; no universal or make-and-model fit is promised. Secure installation and unrestricted pedal operation are essential. Do not stack mats.
Prices and charges
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The chosen product, option, quantity, shipping, tax and total are displayed at checkout. Standard shipping within our delivery area is free. Checkout tax is $0; this is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
Payment authorization
When a payment service is offered and you submit payment information, you authorize payment of the stated total using the selected method. Provide accurate information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. A payment attempt, an unverified redirect or a displayed checkout total does not by itself establish successful payment.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when acceptance is communicated to you based on the actual transaction and order status. A submitted request alone does not establish acceptance. Payment, acceptance and fulfillment information must reflect the actual result. Contact us if you need assistance with the status of a purchase.
Delivery
We deliver to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. PO boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded. Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cut-off is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00), fixed year-round and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. See the Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Request a return within 30 days after receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Damage, defects and incorrect goods are handled separately. Company-error, damage and defect return shipping is paid by us; change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 days. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Website use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. Product imagery and the Questgoodz identity must not be reused without permission where permission is required.
Privacy and consumer rights
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling and browser storage. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
