Return & refund policy
30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your goods. Contact support@questgoodz.shop with your order number and the reason for the request.
Ordinary return condition
For a change-of-mind return, goods must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Check measurements and fit before use. Keep all pieces and any included components together.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
If your item arrives damaged, has a defect or does not match your order, contact us with the order number and an explanation. Photos may assist our assessment. These cases are assessed separately from ordinary returns. An ordinary unused-condition requirement does not exclude a damage, defect or incorrect-item claim. Contact us to arrange the appropriate resolution.
Authorization and return address
Obtain authorization before returning goods. After authorization, return to our company address: 13 Rue Marx Dormoy, 75018 Paris, France. Contact us for return instructions. Do not send a return before obtaining authorization.
Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund has been approved, the amount will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
